Arlene Wentzel is a Cape Town–based production designer and art director working across global commercials, film, and branded content. Her sets are built for camera: tactile, precise, and charged with the atmosphere a story needs.
Recent work includes Woolmark’s award-winning Wear Wool campaign, ASOS fashion films, The Lab, McCafé, Gorton’s, Air Up, Moët & Chandon, Macy’s, and Amazon Prime’s Soft Love — alongside a deep run of South African brand work for Virgin Active, OK Foods, Sanlam, and Ackermans.
She is known for turning ambitious briefs into worlds that feel lived-in, whether the frame is a global fashion manifesto or a local grocery spot. International service jobs and homegrown productions sit side by side in her reel.
